Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you're as happy with your Nipzzy's as we are. But if you do want to return something, you can!

Return Policy:

• Return within 14 days after receipt
• Only possible if the packaging is unopened and the Nipzzy's are still on the original plastic mold
• Hygiene products such as our nipple covers cannot be returned if they have been removed from the mold.
• Return costs are at your own expense
• Refund within 5 working days after receipt

This is how it works:

1. Download the return form below (NL or EN)

2. Please complete the form in full

3. Email the completed form to returns@nipzzy.com with your order number
   
   

4. Add the form to your package

5. Send it to the return address below
